Very easy handling due to one-button operation.
The accuracy is affected by magnetism, therefore the mechanical movement should be demagnetised (either completely or disassembled) after each cleaning. The balance spring may have become magnetised over time and harmonious oscillation of the spring is then no longer possible: the watch runs inaccurately.
Tools can also transmit magnetism and should be demagnetised before use on clock movements.
