The L&R WaveCheck® is a specially designed, ready-to-use indicator designed to test the efficacy of your ultrasonic cleaner based on various indicators such as cavitation, the time and/or temperature required to remove the test contamination. Full removal of the test soil from the strip indicates an effective cleaning process.
The test is easy to use.

Test strip holder

With the individual test strips, you can check the effectiveness of your ultrasonic cleaner. The complete removal of the test soiling from the strip indicates an effective cleaning process.
There are 2 test soils on the test strip: the visible test spot represents exposed surfaces, whereas the test covered by the holder represents difficult to remove areas.

Application:

1. Hang the test strips in the enclosed holder.


2. Now hang it in the basket of your ultrasonic cleaning device so that the test strip is completely covered with cleaning liquid.


3. Start the (complete) cleaning cycle.


4. Remove the test strip holder when the cleaning cycle is complete.


5. With a newly filled ultrasonic cleaner, the two test soils (exposed and concealed) should be completely removed after one cleaning cycle. The more contamination is still visible, the worse the cleaning performance.
