The WILAPLAT Hard Bright Gilding Baths are cyanide electrolytes for the decorative gilding of nonferrous metals and precious metal alloys which are of different alloy composition and therefore differing in colour. The relatively thin plate layer is characterized by extreme hardness. All non-ferrous metals and stainless steels should be pre plated before colour gilding. The Ora pre-gilding bath (Ref no. 3587.11800) is ideally suited for this.

Bright gold plating fine gold is for use in conventional electroplating units. The surface must be degreased before gilding.
