The Ora gold plating bath I is an acidic electrolyte for gold plating non-ferrous metals and silver alloys with different precipitation alloys and therefore colours. The range of materials that can be plated can be considerably increased by prior use of the adhesive gold bath.
Under optimum conditions, high-gloss, adhesive gold layers with a thickness of up to 10 μm can be achieved.

Bright gold plating baths are used in conventional electroplating systems.
The pH value is adjusted with citric acid or sodium hydroxide if necessary.

Before electroplating, the surfaces to be coated must be cleaned and free of grease.
