ORION mPULSE micro-pulse arc welding system with upgraded Auto Darkening Lens
The mPulse is a simple, compact and affordable welding system and easy to use.
The mPulse power settings range from 3 ws to 30 ws, in 1 ws increments—that’s 27 different power settings. The weld spot size on the smallest setting is nearly 1mm, depending upon your material. The largest setting of 30ws will yield a weld spot approximately 1.5mm in diameter, again, depending upon the material you’re welding.
The mPulse works amazingly well with Gold, Silver and many other metals. It’s a superior alternative to any solder application; and, measuring in at 25 x 30 x 40 cm, the mPulse takes up almost no space on the work bench.
The vertical working range of the handpiece is 145 mm.
Needed accessories (optional):
In order to use the Orion devices, argon gas, a regulator and a suitable pressure reducer are necessary.
These are not included.
