The Presidium ULTRA AI is a portable diamond verification instrument designed to support the screening of natural diamonds, CVD/HPHT lab-grown diamonds, moissanites and cubic zirconia (CZ). Combining PL imaging with AI-assisted analysis, the device generally provides clear, indicative results in just 15 seconds.

The AI interprets the fluorescence and phosphorescence characteristics of the gemstones. Using the Presidium app, the results are displayed with clear, color-coded labels as DIA, LGD-HPHT, LGD-CVD or REFER.

The innovative 2-in-1 testing tray features separate areas for loose gemstones and jewellery. The ULTRA AI is designed for colorless gemstones from color D to J, all polished diamond cuts and stones from 0.003 ct.

Operation and analysis are carried out via the Presidium app on a compatible iOS or Android smartphone. The smartphone connects to the ULTRA AI via Bluetooth® and is used for image capture, analysis and result display. The integrated AI does not require internet access for operation.

The AI-generated results are indicative and intended as a supplementary tool to assist with gemstone identification. Manual interpretation should remain the primary basis for identification. If a result is unclear or critical to a transaction, further testing and verification by a qualified gemological laboratory is recommended. The ULTRA AI is not intended for testing colored diamonds.
