This stainless steel polishing unit is the entry-level model in REITEL’s line of dual-spindle polishing units. Whether polishing, brushing, cleaning, or grinding—thanks to the maintenance-free motor running at 1,500 or 3,000 rpm, you can process your jewelry or watches in continuous operation.

LED lighting and protective shields provide optimal visibility and protection for the stainless steel polishing spindle. The POLIRET CLASSIC also features an emergency stop switch with restart protection to ensure maximum safety.

Thanks to optimized exhaust ducts, the 400 W exhaust system achieves a high airflow rate and provides reliable extraction. Exhaust performance can be further increased by closing the exhaust duct on the side that is not in use. Of course, the POLIRET CLASSIC also comes standard with washable fabric filter bags, keeping ongoing costs low.

With the easily removable plastic polishing trays and a stainless steel storage tray on top of the housing, you always have everything well under control.

Sound pressure <70 dB(A); this depends heavily on the polishing attachment and the material being polished, since the exhaust system and the motor are likely to produce much lower levels; realistically, the value—including the fan—is 50–60 dB(A).
