Replenisher for Bllack based electrolytes
As gold based electrolytes work with insoluable anodes, the precious metal content
must be kept constant in order to achieve stability of all bath parameters and thus reliable results.
This is done by regularly adding a replenishing solution which replenishes the other
components contained in the electrolyte at the same time.
The dosage of the addition can either be determined by an analysis or calculated by means
of the integrated ampere minute meter of our Wilaplat rectifier.
Through a regular regeneration all bath parameters are stabilized and
thus achieved a good work result.
