Payment / Shipping

Shipping costs (shipping, packaging and transport insurance) are calculated at cost price and depend on the number of packages and the weight of the shipment. Unless otherwise expressly requested, we will have your order delivered by GLS, DHL or DPD. Particularly bulky goods or large orders will be delivered on pallets by freight forwarding.

 As an existing customer you pay as agreed by cash on delivery, against prepayment or on account. On request in Germany by monthly invoice with direct debit on the 15th of the following month. New customers receive the first two deliveries by cash on delivery (domestic) or prepayment (Europe, third country). If you pay in advance, you will receive a copy of the invoice in advance and the delivery will be made after the money has been credited to our bank account. 

 We generally have the right to require you to use a different method of payment already agreed, provided that the credit check gives cause to do so in the opinion of us, Bullnheimer & Co GmbH &CO KG. We will inform you of this after receipt of the order. 

 For the purpose of credit assessment, we may exchange your company data with a credit assessment institute or a credit insurer. If you are in default of payment, Bullnheimer & Co GmbH &CO KG shall be entitled to charge interest on arrears at a rate higher than the current prime rate announced by the European Central Bank, unless you can prove that a lesser loss has been incurred.

 The delivered goods shall remain the property of Bullnheimer & Co GmbH &CO KG until payment has been made in full.
