This specially developed marking gauge enables parallel lines to be marked precisely on rings and frames – both inside and outside. Thanks to the stable support surface and the sophisticated adjustment mechanism, lines can be marked with maximum accuracy and repeatability. The holder is designed for 2.35 mm shank tools – compatible with standard micromotor tools. This means that individual scribing needles can also be used without any problems.

How to use it:

1. Inserting the marking tool:
   Insert a marking tool with 2.35 mm shaft diameter into the holder
   Two variants are included:
   - Diamond tip: for very fine and precise lines
   - Serrated tip: for deeper, clearly visible lines
   Ensure that he marking tool is securely clamped before use.
   
2. Coarse adjustment (Screw 1):
   Loosen the locking screw (screw 1).
   Set the desired distance roughly.
   Retighten screw 1 to secure the position.
   
3. Fine adjustment (Screw 2):
   Use the fine adjustment screw (Screw 2) for precise positioning.
   Turn the screw slowly until the exact distance is achieved.
   Check the setting on the workpieces and adjust if necessary.
   
4. Preparing the workpiece:
   Place the ring or bezel with the desired surface flat and stable on the base plate of the tool. Ensure that the workpiece cannot slip during operation.
   
5. Marking
   Guide the inserted marking tool slowly and evenly along the workpiece using controlled pressure to create a precise line. Avoid jerky movements.
