Is a device not currently in stock at Reitel? In such cases, Reitel will also provide a free rental device until the REITEL device you ordered arrives. The customer only pays the shipping and packaging costs.

Stainless steel is sustainable: Reitel appliances have been made of high-quality stainless steel since the company was founded. Stainless steel is easy to clean and disinfect and still looks good even after many years. Energy-saving heating is sustainable: The steam cleaning units are equipped with direct heating, which saves almost half the electricity compared to indirect heating in the boiler base! What's more, the heating can be replaced quickly and cost-effectively.
Long-lasting appliances are sustainable: the two-year guarantee (D-A-CH) and at least 10 years of spare parts solutions make the appliances particularly durable. Whether an appliance is scrapped is only an economic decision for the user.
