This E-Type micro-filing handpiece is specifically designed for precision micro-filing, deburring, and casting clean-up. Its compact, robust, and silent design provides excellent comfort and control, making it ideal for delicate finishing work under the microscope.

Unlike rotating handpieces, this model uses a fast, controlled reciprocating motion that closely mimics manual filing – but with greater consistency and precision.

This handpiece is the ideal complement to rotating E-Type handpieces. It is intended for linear filing and finishing tasks rather than polishing or drilling operations.

Application & Accessories
This handpiece must be used exclusively with flat ceramic polishing stones, which are supplied unshaped and must be prepared before use. This allows each user to customize the stone shape and size to their specific task.

Recommended workflow:

• Cut and shape the stone to size
  
• Start with coarse grit, then medium, then fine
  
• Let the handpiece do the work – do not force the file

Important Note
E-Type micromotors differ from traditional hanging motors and offer a precision-based approach. Work gradually and without excessive pressure for best results.
